2D Graphic Designer (Events & Exhibitions)

You will be a part of the Creative Team and play a vital role in producing and coordinating graphic artworks for a well-known brand. Collaborate with teammates to research, brainstorm, and create presentation proposals for events and exhibitions of renowned brands worldwide. Unleash your creativity, contribute to the entire creative process, and gain valuable experience in graphic design and brand promotion.

Responsibilities :

• Design of event graphic materials, artwork and final output

• Research and design development for creative artworks for new project

• Liaising with Clients on the design requirements

• Design and update advertisements for Website ,Facebook , IG

• Work closely with project team & production vendors

• Support event On-site production

• Able to withstand pressure & meet tight working schedule

• Diligent & willing to work over time or during holiday if required

• Perform photo editing, retouching, and multimedia production tasks while adhering to the brand's visual aesthetics and maintaining a consistent visual identity.

•Proficient in layout and artwork production

•Able to develop Technical Drawings is a plus;

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in graphic design or other related disciplines

• 1-2 years or above relevant working experience

• Problem-solving, planning and project management skills, detail-oriented with effective time management.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage time and balance several projects at once.

• Willing to assist with procurement tasks related to design projects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other software

• Read & Speak English and Traditional Chinese

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
