Job Description

職責:

  • 行政支援及文書工作,檔案及物資處理、會議紀錄、人事紀錄、採購、維修保養等
  • 協助活動宣傳及聯絡工作
  • 接聽電話查詢、接待、郵件/快遞安排及外勤等
  • 電腦軟硬件安裝及設定、基本系統/網絡維護及支援


要求:

  • 文憑或以上學歷
  • 1年工作經驗,熟悉中英文輸入法
  • 做事主動、細心,具良好責任感、溝通和執行能力
  • 良好電腦應用技能


灣仔區,5天工作,年假15天,醫療福利
