職責 :

• 在輪崗期間成為各部門的有效成員;
• 充分了解並熟悉各部門的政策、流程和部門間的相互關係;
• 積極尋求對當前流程和工作環境的改進
• The Management Trainee is expected to become a productive member of the different departments during the rotation program, develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's policies, processes, and interdepartmental dynamics, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance current workflows and the overall work environment.

• 專上教育：
• 學士學位;
• 良好粵語;
• 良好普通話;
• 良好英語;
• 懂讀寫中文;
• 懂讀寫英文
• Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree);
• Fluent Cantonese ;
• Fluent Putonghua ;
• Fluent English ;
• Able to read & write Chinese ;
• Able to read & write English
