Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the department in daily building management, including but not limited to customer service, complaint handling, daily monitoring, parking, cleaning, maintenance, gardening, shuttle bus service, etc.
- Assist in drafting daily letters, circulars, reports and analysis lists;
- Perform other related work and tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- F.5 graduate or above, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Property Management is preferred
- Possess PMP Licence is an advantage
- Good written skills in Chinese and English
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Polite, good communication skill, willing to learn and accept challenges
- Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
