Job Description

  • 金融、經濟、藝術管理等相關專業大學及以上學歷
  • 具備 2 年以上信託、家族辦公室、私人銀行、藝術金融等相關領域工作經驗優先​
  • 熟悉財富管理、藝術金融業務流程,會使用工具進行數據分析,具備出色的報告撰寫與展示能力優先​
  • 擁有優秀的溝通協調能力、邏輯思維能力與團隊協作精神,能夠適應高強度工作,嚴守客戶隱私與商業機密

工作職責:

  • 負責客戶接待、諮詢工作,為客戶提供專業的服務;
  • 參與公司專案全流程,提供行業相關數據及分析報告,為業務決策提供執行支持。​
  • 維護和拓展已有客戶關係,加強與客戶之間的溝通與聯繫,提高客戶滿意度;
  • 協調上級與客戶、合作方及團隊成員的溝通&會議及活動安排
  • 協助重要客戶接待、洽談及商務隨行
  • 辦公室日常工作,起草、審核、修改各類檔,包括報告、請示等;
  • 領導交辦的其他事務

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Art Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust, family office, private banking, art finance, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wealth management and art finance business processes. Proficiency in using tools for data analysis and excellent report writing and presentation skills are preferred.
  • Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking ability, and teamwork spirit. Able to adapt to high-intensity work and strictly adhere to client privacy and business confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for client reception and consultation, providing professional services to clients.
  2. Participate in the entire process of company projects, provide industry-related data and analysis reports, and provide execution support for business decisions.
  3. Maintain and expand existing client relationships, strengthen communication and connection with clients, and improve client satisfaction.
  4. Coordinate communication & meetings and event arrangements between superiors and clients, partners, and team members.
  5. Assist in important client reception, negotiation, and business travel.
  6. Handle daily office work, draft, review, and modify various documents, including reports and requests.
  7. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
