負責策劃及推行各項小組、活動及個別發展計劃，協助輕、中度智障人士發展潛能、訓練自理能力、社交技巧及獨立生活技能。負責管理家舍，以及財務和行政等工作、協助智障人士融入社區及推行家屬工作，需輪班及留宿候命工作。應徵者須具香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考二科合格或具同等學歷，如具康復服務經驗者優先考慮。
以上職位以合約條款聘用。
