- 中五或以上程度，懂中文及基本電腦
- 能講及寫簡單英文
- 成熟穩重，善於與客戶溝通
- 有銷售或大廈維修經驗者優先
- 長沙灣上班，負責商埸租務/物業管理

- Responsible for leasing matters and management of a 
  shopping centre
- F.5 or above
- Can speak and write simple Cantonese and English
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Mature, good communication skills with clients
- Experience in project renovation management or sales 
  will be an advantage
- Work in Cheung Sha Wan
