A prestigious private club in Hong Kong is now looking for aggressive, self motivate & energetic candidate for the following:

副部長 (咖啡室)

Assistant Captain – Cafe

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests
• Serve food and beverage in assigned station according to the prescribed service procedures
• Make recommendation of food and beverage if necessary
• Must be familiar with the side duties of waiters and ensure the duties are performed in order
• Conduct on-the-job training to waiters and newcomers
• Perform any other duties as required by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
