工作描述
- 協助九龍灣新店籌備及開張工作
- 監督分店點心部的日常管理及運作，包括店舖營運、食物品質、環境及食物的安全及衛生
- 保持公司制定的產品標準、質素及穩定性，執行出品標準化及系統管理
- 負責店舖人手的編排及管理，制定員工培訓計劃及建立團隊精神
- 控制食物成本，產品存貨及各項廚房開支
- 與樓面經理和廚師長合作，作出相應的產品研發，以符合顧客需求
- 維持及執行內部紀律，並管理和監察轄下員工的人事及假期控制
- 與廚師長保持緊密聯繫，匯報運作情況及主動提出建議
工作要求
- 十年或以上上海菜的點心相關工作經驗
- 歡迎喜愛專研上海菜式及具創新意念的新晉廚師
- 精通上海菜點心製作、廚房管理及各項營運標準流程
- 具備食物及環境的衛生和安全的專業知識
- 以出品和服務為目標，具備領導能力和人員管理技巧
- 誠實、有責任感、具備良好團隊合作精神及溝通能力
- 懂粵語會話及中文讀寫
