職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fine style food by following instruction given by Assistant Executive Chef
  • Ensure the highest standards of product quality to meet or exceed customers’ expectations;
  • Ensure the highest standards of established hygiene & safety regulation be maintained at all times.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 working experience;
  • Possess a passion for fine food;
  • Willing to work with a passionate team;
  • Fine dining experience, familiar and knowledgeable in Western cuisine will be an advantage;
  • Good communication skills, able to speak Cantonese, English or Korean Speaking is an advantage but not essential (for applicants in MOSU)
  • Less experience may be considered as Commis
