Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Branding Records is looking for a suitable candidate to join our Account Management Team.

The ideal candidate understands the dynamics involved in communicating across all channels — from Brand Development, Creative Campaign, to Digital Marketing.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Account Team, you are expected to support and manage your team to ensure excellent daily client services and project management with your exceptional communication and account management skills.

• Prepare briefs, proposals, scope of work, present work and pass on feedback to both internal and external partners. With the utmost clarity.
• Manage accounts smoothly on a daily basis independently and within internal team members.
• To develop excellent communication with all parties involved (the agency, the client and internal creative team) and to follow through with all the developments on the accounts.
• To understand and participate in the creative process with creative team members.
• Management & execution of marketing, digital, social media activities and projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• With 3+ years’ experience and proven successful client account servicing track record in digital or creative industries.
• Previous agency background will be preferred and prioritized.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese for both written and oral presentations
• Strong in organisational, project management and interpersonal skills
• Self-discipline with a proactive approach
• With a good awareness and willingness to learn of digital and social media trends.
• Passionate about creative, digital and social marketing and demonstrate a positive attitude with ability to get things done.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different tasks.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work-streams efficiently on time and target.
• Understanding of marketing and branding principles and practices is a bonus
• Familiarity/knowledge on AI platforms, experience in paid media strategies and media buying on Meta, Google, and SEO optimisation would be a plus
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
