System Support Engineer

 What you’ll be doing?

• Reporting to Team Head

• To Follow company instruction to fulfill job requirements

• To Attend service job call according to schedule

• To Complete project on customer site according to customer requirement

• To Analyze, break and fix and installation and setup for PCs, Servers, peripherals and Networking issue

Who are we looking for?

• VTC Graduate / F.5 or above, with at least 2 years’ experience in computer field services

• Be Able to provide good customer service & good communication skill

• Be Familiar with Microsoft Windows operation and networking

• Be Hardworking, Mature, Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit

• Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered

• Work independently
