職位描述
Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections and functional tests of facilities
- Contribute to the asset management workflow, including regular stocktaking and ensuring accurate asset records
- Execute assigned tasks related to software and hardware installations, maintenance, event support, and procurement as directed by supervisor
- Station at the designated campus and provide immediate support to ensure the seamless operation of facilities
- Update job logs regularly
- Assist in tasks assigned by the Supervisor and willing to work on shift and weekends (Shift duty required for two days per week, from 13:00 to 21:00 and Saturday duty required for two days per month, from 9:00 to 17:00)
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, relevant working experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Experience / knowledge / skills in Microsoft and Adobe products will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative and be a good team player
