Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operation, food stocks and workflow of kitchen;
- Prepare ingredients and cooking dishes;
- Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and align with the IHG services standard and it’s standard of both personal and food hygiene and appearance.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in food and beverage with excellent cooking skills;
- Holder of culinary or related certificate or over 5 years experience in Hotel is preferred.
