Senior Food & Beverage Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting assumption reports to food suppliers on monthly basis to provide them with accurate budget estimates for food supply.
• Manage the purchasing and procurement process for all F&B-related supplies such as negotiating pricing with vendors, sourcing new food supplier. This role should be very sensitive to food and beverage pricing.
• Collaborate with various departments such as HR, Marketing, IT to ensure effective coordination and smooth operations.
• Oversee and manage the full scope and operation of F&B service operations, such as restaurant Hygiene, manpower allocation, shop schedule checking, manage OT pay.
• Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to ensure appropriate ordering and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and food handling standards
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in F&B operations and purchasing
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Assist in any ad hoc projects or assignments

 Requirements:

• Bachelor, High Diploma, and Associate Degree in hospitality F&B management or related filed
• A minimum 4 years of experience in F&B operations & operations is preferred with at least 2 years in supervisory or management role
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
• More experienced will be considered as Assistant Operation & Purchase Manager
• Strong knowledge of F&B industry trends, products and suppliers
• Good communication skills with proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin
• Experience with F&B promotions and driving revenue
• Able to work independently, Self-monitoring and reliable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good PC knowledge of MS Office / Excel is a must
