Job Description

Customer Service Hotline Department

工作時間：星期一至星期日輪班，09:00至22:00，9小時，4 間任擇 (1小時午膳，無通宵班)

職責

- 處理一般客戶查詢(來電或書面)及投訴個案

- 收集客戶意見作服務改進

要求

- DSE畢業，歡迎應屆畢業生或無經驗者

- 懂電腦應用程式及中文輸入法

- 具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧

- 良好英語或國語者可獲優先考慮

- 富相關工作經驗優先考慮
