Site Agent / Sub-Agent

Wang Yip Construction Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Holdings Limited (Stock: 0088), a publicly listed property developer, has been engaged in Hong Kong’s property development and investment for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a high-caliber candidate to join our team.

Reporting to Project in-charge, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are to:

• Manage building construction with objective oriented
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and government sectors to ensure compliance with project specifications and legislative requirements
• Supervise the preparation and submission of progress reports, contract documents, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in relevant discipline to building construction
• At least 10 years site management experience with main contractors in new building project; Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the role of Site Agent
• Good communication, negotiation, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
• Having a T1 certificate will be advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantageous
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sub-Agent
