Payments Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to KPay’s roadmap for offline payment products (such as payment terminal, merchant apps, internal apps etc.) to achieve the best merchant experience.
• Manage product development process (product discovery, business requirement consolidation, prioritization, UAT and releases) to enrich the product capability and achieve product-market fit.
• Work with different business units to define the go-to-market plan, manage project progress and deliverables
• Work with the product and technology team in China to communicate business requirements, design and timelines
• Develop a deep understanding of existing and potential customers, technology and market trends and opportunities
• Assists in customer’s and partner’s technical on boarding process

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in product management. Experience in offline payments products (payment terminal apps, scheme certification, card schemes, e-wallets, payment gateways, API etc.) and having the technical understanding and skills is highly preferred.
• A degree in engineering, information technology, or related fields
• Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; ideally in a fintech, payments, e-commerce, or startup environment
