Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Administration and Customer Service departments
- Perform general reception duties, such as answering phone calls and inquiries, greeting guests, arranging couriers, and booking conference rooms
- Assist with comprehensive daily office administration tasks
- Assist in managing office supplies and consumables, ordering stationery, and maintaining equipment, among other tasks
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Administration or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good Computer knowledge, MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility and commitment
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player, positive working attitude, strong initiative and able to work under pressure

- Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience
