職位描述

Candidate MUST have knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57)

Your daily duties:

  • Assist in procurement of office supplies, such as stationery and other office supplies ordering;
  • Arrange various administration and clerical office services, such as taking meeting minutes, mailing, and office maintenance;
  • Assist in a full spectrum of HR functions such as payroll calculation, staff movement, MPF administration, and tax returns;
  • Monitor and update staff attendance and leave records;
  • Maintain employee data in the HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

How to join the OCSHK family:

  • Diploma holder preferably in Business Studies, with a minimum 1 year relevant Administrative;
  • Fresh graduate or Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management will also be considered;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Knowledge in Japanese is not a MUST, but definitely is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Chinese word processing;
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS will be an advantage;
  • Detail-minded, well-organized with strong numerical sense and high accuracy.

 

Your working schedule:

  • 5 working days per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 0900-1800

  • 14K-16K per month
  • 12 days of annual leave, maximum 17 days
  • 6 days of full pay sick leave every year
  • End of Year Payment (w.e.f. 01 JAN 2025)
