Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cargoes that purchased by Durham buyers to be received in Hong Kong;
• Monitor cargoes being received matched with shipping documents;
• Hide confidential information before cargoes shipped to factory;
• Enhance custom declaration document preparation for cargoes shipping into China;
• Helping RMA cargoes to return to suppliers
• Liaise with forwarders, internal parties, factories, vendors and transportation companies;
• Handle of Trade link Declaration
• SAP operations (create and maintain supplier information/PIR/source list);
• Other jobs the manager assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in logistics, supply chain or equivalent;
• 3 years or above relevant work experience with knowledge in freight forwarding / logistics industry preferable;
• Responsible, good time management and sense of urgency;
• Resourceful, innovative, self-disciplined with strong analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Knowledge of Chinese word processing;
• Be familiar with SAP;
• Work in Fotan, Shatin;
