職位描述

  • Provide full range of sales administration support to sales team
  • Support daily sales operations, including the preparation of quotations, purchase orders, sales reports, prepare seminar, handle enquiry etc.
  • Manage CRM, compile sales data, handle and analyze sales data on a daily or weekly basis
  • Provide marketing and general admin. support, e.g. sample, brochure, product display and courier arrangement

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years or above relevant working experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel/Powerpoint in particular)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Attention to details, able to work independently
