The Sales Associate represents the Company towards the customer. He/she is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this professionalism in promoting the corporate image, in the Store's turnover as well as in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Sell shirts and accessories in accordance with the stores objectives and achieve daily sales goals
• Deliver exceptional shopping experience for every customer to exceed their expectations
• Respond to customer requests including after-sales service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including daily inventory counts
• Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping
• Assist with in-store events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in high-end fashion industry
• Pleasant, presentable, energetic and results driven
• Service-oriented and a good team player

• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
