Responsibilities
-
Handle IT helpdesk requests and provide technical support, including desktop hardware/software installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting

Perform routine IT system operations such as daily health and security checks, backups, and data center activities

Maintain accurate IT inventory records, including updates and stock-taking
-
Assist in IT project implementation, such as Windows client upgrades and large-scale computer deployments
Requirements
-
Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent AND five subjects pass in HKCEE/HKALE
-
At least 2 years of experience providing IT helpdesk support in large organizations or government departments

Hands-on experience in the following areas:
-
Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Network
-
Microsoft Active Directory and Windows OS (e.g., Windows 11), Microsoft Exchange/Outlook
-
Video conferencing and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Wi-Fi)
-
Microsoft 365 features (e.g., Copilot Chat, Forms, OneDrive, Power Apps)
-
HCL Notes
-
-
Experience in data center operations is an advantage
