Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager [MLB]

To cope with new shop opening, we are looking for a high caliber to join our retail team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all daily operations of the store
• Lead, develop and motivate front line staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Assist the Store Manager in analyzing of store performance, sales data, KPI and suggesting effective action plans to improve business performance
• Ensure product mix and inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory
• Handle customer complaints and inquiry in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and manage the implementation of company regulations, operation policies and procedures.
• Conduct monthly coaching/counselling sessions with front line staff to review performance and provide constructive and timely feedback

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience in fashion retail industry with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level
• Flexible, presentable, cheerful and detail minded with strong leadership skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Able to work shift duty on weekend & public holidays
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
