職責:

·         確保食物質素

·         協助製訂季節菜單

·         管理及訓練團隊

·         保持廚房環境清潔舒適

·         與樓面及廚房同事保持良好溝通

要求:

·         至少2年鐵板經驗、如有高級日本餐廳工作經驗更好

·         積極及虛心學習

·         懂廣東話及英語
