Analyst Programmer (Infrastructure)

Job Duties:

• Support and maintain public-facing registration kiosks, tablets, and mobile setups across Hong Kong.

  Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

  Monitor and report on contractor performance—maintenance, relocation, testing, connectivity, etc.

  Perform on-site health checks and troubleshooting at various locations.

  Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

  Conduct UAT for system upgrades and new features.

  Help with public registration services and promotional events.

  Prepare reports, documentation, and assist with general project coordination.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry; 2 years’ hands-on experience in Infrastructure and IT operational management.

• At least 1 years’ experience in Linux system administration and windows servers; solid Windows support skills, including system security and hardening.

• At least 1.5 years experience with kiosk or mobile device support (hardware/software); familiar with configuration on mobile device such as biometrics, NFC and security settings, mobile connection is a plus

• Able to manage and monitor contractors and vendors effectively.

  Experience in conducting UAT in software/apps.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
