COSCO-HIT Terminals (Hong Kong) Limited, a joint venture between COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited and Hutchison Port Holdings Trust, is located at Terminal 8 in Hong Kong's Kwai Tsing Container Port.

The Graduate Trainee Program is a tailor-made program to develop high potential talents who are willing to commit their future career in container terminal industry. 

Program Overview:

The 18-month fast-track development program with extensive exposure equips our graduate trainee with necessary skills and knowledge in container terminal operations management.  You will be assigned to work in various functional units in Operations Department and participate in different projects and assignments.  After the completion of the program, you will be promoted as a supervisory-level staff to lead a small team in Operations department.  If you are ready to rise to the challenge and begin your exceptional journey with us, Apply NOW!
 

Requirements:

• Fresh university graduates in any disciplines, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration or related subjects.
• Strong interest in developing a career in container terminal industry.
• Be proactive, self-motivated, analytical and a good team player.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) and project management applications
• With 1-2 years’ working experience will also be considered.
