職位描述

❶ Personal Assistant to Chairman (Station in Zhuhai, China)

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Assist the Chairman in conducting business negotiations with overseas clients and provide professional support, including  organizing preliminary materials, facilitating communication and coordination during negotiations, and following up on post-negotiation matters.
  2. Provide full-range accompanying services and translation support during the Chairman’s business trips abroad to ensure the itinerary is well-organized, communication is smooth, and business information is accurately conveyed.
  3. Assist the Chairman in maintaining long-term and sound cooperative relationships with overseas clients, including conducting regular communications, following up on demand feedback, and supporting client relationship maintenance activities, so as to help stabilize the foundation of cooperation.

 

Job Requirements :

Educational Background :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with no restriction on major; majors related to International Trade, Business English, and International Business are preferred.

 

Language Proficiency :

Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with English as the primary working language. Possess excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be capable of proficiently handling scenarios such as business negotiations and written communication. Candidates with study experience at overseas institutions or work experience in business-related roles at foreign-funded enterprises are preferred.

 

Office Skills :

  • Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and the ability to efficiently complete tasks such as document writing, data organization, and presentation creation.

 

Comprehensive Abilities :

  • Possess outstanding organizational and coordination skills as well as cross-cultural communication skills; be able to quickly adapt to team collaboration modes, effectively coordinate and solve problems in work, and communicate and cooperate smoothly with clients and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.

 

Industry Perspective :

  • Possess a global market perspective, have a certain sensitivity to overseas market dynamics and industry development trends, and hold strong data analysis and business judgment capabilities to provide references for business decision-making.

 

Professional Ethics  :

  • Have a high sense of work responsibility and corporate loyalty; strictly abide by the company’s confidentiality system and resolutely prevent the leakage of important business information, client information, and other sensitive data.

 

Work Adaptability  :

  • Be willing to travel domestically and internationally, and flexibly adapt to the work rhythm and environment in different regions.

 

★ Stationed at the Zhuhai office from Monday to Friday.

★ Salary : Negotiation ( depend on experience )

 

❷ 貨倉管理員 (香港大埔地區工作)

職務範圍:

  • 負責日常倉務運作及貨倉管理;收貨、出貨及驗貨;包裝貨物、盤點及整理貨倉跟進訂單;更新庫存記錄;拍照存檔;資料輸入

要 求 :

  • 1年相關工作經驗,懂得使用手動及電動叉車
  • 一般粵語會話,一般中文讀寫
  • 每天8小時工作,08:30 – 17:30 每週六天工作,不需輪班月薪 $15,000
