Air Operation Clerk/ Officer

We are seeking a talented Air Operation Clerk/ Officer to join us. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional operation and customer service and support to our airfreight forwarding operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handle export/import operation and liaise with customers, carriers, and other parties to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of shipments.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on export procedures, requirements, and documentation
• Analyze and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise with shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to import & export activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of export processes and procedures
• Assist with any other administrative tasks as required to support the operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding role, air export experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and other parties.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using relevant software and systems
• Ability to work independently well under pressure and meet timelines.

• Good command of written (Chinese & English) and spoken in (English and Mandarin)
