Logistics Officer / Senior Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end logistics for product and solution business, including transport arrangement and customs clearance with customers, warehouses, logistics service providers (LSP), and customs brokerage agents

-Coordinate with customers, LSPs, and internal stakeholders for shipment requirements

- Maintain LSP relationship and manage freight cost calculation and analysis

-Evaluate and verify freight cost for management approval per corporate purchasing policy

- Assure Import & export formality and manage timely customs clearance with supports of customs brokerage agent

- Prepare and issue shipping documents to customers, LSPs, and all relevant stakeholders

- Monitor goods readiness status from suppliers with purchasing/ order management team

- Track shipment status and ensure proof of delivery with LSPs

- Support Operational purchasing activities (purchase requisition review, intercompany stock transfer order and external supplier purchase order) upon assigned

- Handle other ad hoc tasks upon assigned

Requirements:

1.     Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics management, procurement management or business administration

2.     At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory or procurement functions.

3.     Strong team player, self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, proactive and independent to work is must

4.     Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, initiative and independent.

5.     Good communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

6.     Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

7.     Firm grasp of supply chain management principles (logistics, inventory, distribution, import/export control) for business compliance

8.     SAP knowledge and experience (PTP, OTC, WM, PltP, PLM and MDM modules) is preferrable
