職位描述

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a central coordination point to communicate, liaise, coordinate and manage the training project status with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and review project progress to ensure on-time training delivery and service quality
  • Perform the administrative support, such as schedule management, drafting proposals and reports, evaluation analysis, documentation etc.
  • Attend project related meetings, events, and seminars
  • Assist on ad hoc tasks


Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Information Management and Technology, or other related disciplines with six (6) months or more years of relevant working experience
  • Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
  • Proactive, and willing to deal with people in different levels
  • Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience and with a positive attitude will also be considered
