Job Description


Work Location: 2-min walk from Wan Chai station

Personal Assistant to Vice President (Full-Time, Permanent)

Our Team pursues to explore the optimized wealth management and insurance protection solutions for our clients with a holistic approach. Proactive listening, professional and independent advice, with a platform of wide-ranged products are our key successful factors.


About this role

Reporting to our Vice President, you will be assisting on comparing products, handling correspondence with clients and service providers, and daily administrative work. Work experience you gain here depends on your adaptability to changes and capability on learning; it would definitely stretch your mindset and sharpen your logical thinking and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries where communications (emails, phone calls) with Clients and Service Providers are intensive (English read-write with problem solving skill is required)
  • Perform product analysis tailor-made for each client (Excel skills with natural way of logical thinking is a MUST)

  • Daily administrative works including scanning and saving documents, organizing e-files for each customer (attentive with PC literacy is required)
  • Others as assigned by the Vice President


 Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese,
  • Willing to learn, meticulous, discreet, self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized team player;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Immediate available is preferably
