Assistant Product Manager

About the role

This is a full-time Assistant Product Manager role based in our Kwun Tong office. As an Assistant Product Manager at Chinese Pharmaceuticals (HK) Co., Limited, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and management of our pharmaceutical product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives
• Manage product data, documentation, and other assets to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Support the launch of new products and enhancements to existing offerings
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide administrative support and project management as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or product management
• 0-2 years of experience in a product management or related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with experience in project management and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, market research, and go-to-market strategies
• Passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
