Assistant Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection
• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Prepare documentation, working drawings, detail drawings and various specifications for tendering procedures
• Responsible for contract administration, site supervision and coordination during construction period
• Coordinate and maintains relationship with clients, consultants and contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design
• Graduated in Interior Design Discipline
• 3 years relevant experience to be interior designer
• 1-2years working experience/Fresh graduate also welcome assistant interior designer
• Have passion for design, innovative, creative, think independent and willing to explore new ideas
• Mature, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with confidence
• Experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion with good communication and interpersonal skill

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch up 3D Studio MAX,PowerPoint, Microsoft Office

• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
