Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers for samples to overseas office;
• To provide administration support to Costing Team;
• Prepare Item Cost sheets & Process quotation/related documents in system daily

Job Requirements:

·         2-3 years working experience in Clerical work

• Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• A team player who can work well in a dynamic and fast-paced costing team
• Good knowledge in Excel. Can handle basic formulation with functions like Vlookup
