WHAT WE CAN EXPECT

• You will deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience, including providing thorough, accurate information on Läderach products.
• You will execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment.
• You will assist the store's sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• You will help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• You will follow merchandising and food safety protocols.
• You will support store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• You have at least 1 year of experience in premium retail or a similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment (preferably within the food industry in Läderach) , with increasing levels of responsibility
• You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• You are passionate about chocolate and in dealing with customer experience.
• You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• You are a good team player, pleasant, outgoing, and willing to learn.
• You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• You have completed a High school diploma or above, with a good command of spoken Tagalog and English.
