THE ROLE

As a Retail Shop Sales, you will be responsible for providing clerical support for the sales department, and customer services for Solutions. Specifically you will:

lGreet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs

lDescribe product and explain or demonstrate use, operation, and care of product to customers

lRecommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires

lPrepare sales invoice and payment

lHandle inbound calls on inquires

lOffer ad hoc support as required

Location : Causeway Bay, Happy Valley, Lai Chi Kok, Shatin, Mong Kok, Yuen Long

THE ATTRIBUTES

lForm 5 or above preferred relevant work experience

lKnowledge in healthcare industry is an advantage yet it is not a must

lEnergetic, out-going, and sociable

lClear and confident communication and people skills

lFresh graduate also will be considered

lCapable of handling urgent request

lComputer literate
