Our goal is to set out higher standard of operations within our company. To achieve this, we are looking for experienced individuals that are willing to take on different responsibilities to grow our business strategically.

Overall:

• Support Manager in daily analysis and activities

• Assist in buying and planning function to ensure the brand achieve retail and business objective

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building sales projections for budgets & forecasts

• Develop OTB budgets

• Execute sales and stock management process including merchandise plan, allocation, consolidation, seasonal markdown and inventory control.

• Consolidate weekly & monthly sales analysis, and review business performance with all KPIs

• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risk and opportunity across channels.

• Collaborate with Retail Operation, VM, Product, Marketing and merchandising.

• Handle special and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience of solid buying & merchandising planning experience in retail chain environment

• Self-motivated, positive

• A fast learner, acute market sense with strong analytical mind and product sense

• Excellent communication and organization skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel (including Pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup, functions, vba, etc )
