職位描述

Objective of the Position:

Dedicated Customer Service Executive aiming to leverage proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement, exceed expectations, and drive business growth through tailored experiences and strategic improvements based on customer feedback.

What You'll Do:

  • Providing Spanish and English support to worldwide customers.
  • Efficiently handling customer’s concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicating with customers via email / live chat / phone calls.
  • Provide product and service information, process order returns and exchanges.
  • Product quality inspections, order report checking & ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Have:

  • Degree in any field an advantage.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office and Access
  • Minimum 1 year experience in CS field is an advantage.
  • 5-day shift duties required (including public holidays and weekends).
  • Experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
  • Interested in fashion and beauty products.
  • Must be a team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in tracking customer sentiment and feedback.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player.
  • Able to work independently in a highly dynamic, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
