Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deeply develop resources of both new and existing clients, facilitate business cooperation, and achieve personal and team performance goals
- Maintain brand clients on a daily basis, promptly identify customer needs, and provide professional advice to facilitate project cooperation.
- Coordinate internal and external work in project cooperation, including brand research, proposal preparation, commercial processes such as quoting, design feedback, and payment collection, to enhance customer satisfaction
- Communicate with the design team on daily project matters, keep clients informed of progress, complete monthly work reports, project analysis and evaluation, and project archiving
- Manage internal documentation and business documents for daily projects, coordinate with client project management systems, update project data promptly to ensure the integrity and accuracy of project information
- Collaborate with planners to regularly develop business plans tailored to clients, conduct client visits, share market trends, and deeply explore client needs
- Other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
