HR Officer / Assistant HR Officer (HR Partnership) (Ref.: HQ-ADM/HRO&AHRO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, taxation, MPF administration, performance management, and employee relations, etc.

• Provide one-stop account services to designated divisions and act as a focal point of contact for employees concerned

• Provide quality support services in the staff movement and off-boarding logistics

• Handle related enquiries in accordance with the organization's policies and processes

• Address individual staff case with sensitivity and professionalism

• Embody a distinctive ‘can-do’ attitude to collect functional requirements and identify practical solutions for front-line managers and staff

• Ensure HR practices and procedures align with legislative requirements

• Work closely with stakeholders on different HR projects 
   

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• At least 3-4 years’ solid working experience in the Human Resources field

• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations

• Proactive, meticulous, independent, and able to meet tight deadlines with good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills; good command of English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Exposure in FlexHRM is definitely an advantage

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Human Resources Officer
