Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle donation process in a timely manner through various payment channels

  • Provide frontline services to donors, related to donation transactions, information updates, donation receipts, complaints, and other kinds of enquiry, through phone, email and mail

  • Make follow up calls to donors on donation issues

  • Handle issuance and mailing of official receipts and thank you letters

  • Assist supervisor to liaise with internal and external parties for donation related issue

  • Support administrative, filing and inventory management functions of the team

  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE equivalent or above

  • Good telephone manner and customer services skills will be an advantage

  • Good in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese word processing

  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, a team player and able to work under pressure

 

Contract period: 1 year (renewable)
