Senior Accountant/Accountant (5 Days Work)

• Handle full set of accounts independently;
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flows and working capital analysis;
• Preparation, implementation and review of the annual budget;
• Ensure proper cash management;
• Project accounting, invoicing and payment;
• Prepare and constantly review business case for completeness of costs, acceptable gross margin and positive cash flow of each project;
• Update PO register and sales forecast;
• Liaise with regional office relating to finance matters;
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, etc;
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial accounting, management accounting and consolidation;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision;
• Strong attention to detail and diligence in financial reporting;
• Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated;
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
