Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator

Taste Interiors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. 

 

Responsibility

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance
• Assist in project documentation, reporting, and scheduling
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth communication across teams
• To work with Project Manager on site arrangements and planning.
• To organize all project documents submission and approval.
• To monitor overall project from schedule, cost control, site activities and project deliveries ensuring Key milestones are met.

Requirement

• Diploma or Higher Education in Construction, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and fit-out project.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of site safety practices and possession of a valid Green Card.
• Candidates with a certification of Safety Supervisor is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is desirable but not essential
