Assistant Procurement Manager (Data Center Engineering and Services)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for procurement related to data center engineering and services, including: demand analysis, supplier market research, supplier sourcing, selection, business negotiations, cost management, contract signing, and order placement.
2. Optimize processes and manage risks within categories to enhance the standardization of procurement processes, develop risk mitigation measures and plans, and reduce procurement risks.
3. Analyze prices of procurement targets, assess the reasonableness of supplier quotations, and formulate pricing negotiation strategies to lower procurement costs.
4. Handle category-related issues, including quality problems, delivery issues, and regulatory penalties.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of procurement experience in medium to large companies and at least 1 year of relevant category procurement experience.
2. Proficient in strategic procurement and full lifecycle supplier management, with strong professional ethics and responsibility, and a proactive work attitude.
3. Able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, proficient in various office software, and possess good documentation skills.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

5. Good risk awareness, high data sensitivity, strong execution ability, and resilience under pressure.
