Marketing Specialist (Channel/ Retail)

Responsibilities:

Channel Marketing:

• Develop and execute channel marketing and expansion plan aligned with the company's business objectives and key results.
• Close collaboration with Brand & Product Marketers and Product Managers to implement brand and product exposure strategies in-store.
• Plan, prepare, and obtain timely alignment from key stakeholders within internal and external organizations, including, but not limited to, cross-functional teams (including designers), sales department, and various vendors/contractors, dealers and Global team to ensure high-quality and timely production of all marketing materials and in-store items (printed Point-of-Sale materials, product catalogue, display kiosks/stands, wallpapers, etc.)
• Coordinate end-to-end completion of design and layout of concept stores, including the reviews of submission drawings, mechanical and engineering drawings, and verification of size, specification and local materials of store's permanent fixtures to ensure guideline compliance to Global team's, vendor's, and local council's requirements.
• Create comprehensive guidelines for marketing material display and planogram to disseminate to relevant teams for implementation.
• Monitor marketing material inventory levels and implement material refresh.
• Evaluate performance and effectiveness of suppliers/contractors to ensure efficiency.
• Take charge of planning and executing of channel activities/campaigns, including promotion programs, working closely with sales team to oversee activities/campaigns and monitor performance.
• Conduct post activities/campaign reports, analyze results, and present key insights for optimizations.
• Manage budget, closely monitor work-in-progress of all projects and ensure compliance with vendors' guidelines and requirements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree / Diploma in Marketing / Business or equivalent.
• Min. 3 year(s) experience in related field
• Possess interest and passion in IT products and/or gadgets.
• Keep up with the latest trend and technologies in channel management.
• Ability in handling multiple projects independently, good eye for detail, analytical, with excellent communication, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Proactive in exploring creative ideas.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of English in terms of spoken and written; fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Display positive attitude, friendly personality, ability to interact with various groups/levels of people and willingness to learn for self-improvement.
• Adaptable to provide support to other new work-related tasks or projects as assigned.
