Key Account Manager / Executive

Role Responsibilities 

Handle key accounts and responsible for business development

Grow new business to meet budget and development goals

Build and maintain excellent business relationship with key accounts

Identify upselling possibilities to the existing customers

Liaise with cross functional department in order to enhance customer satisfaction

Sales analysis and conducting reports for management

Job Requirements 

A degree holder with minimum of 3 years sales experience

Experience in serving corporate accounts or sizable organization is preferred

Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering process is preferred

Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts

Strong negotiation & presentation skills

Self-motivate & good interpersonal skills

Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience can be considered as Key Account Executive
