Job Summary:  
The Supply Chain Assistant Manager will manage the procurement, inventory, operations and logistics processes for CityU Vet Boutique. This role is essential in ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and deliver products efficiently to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the procurement of veterinary supplies and pet products, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
- Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products to our boutique and online clients.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to forecast supply needs based on patient care and product demand.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with the boutique's goals.
- Plan & execute regular stocktake in accordance with company policies and schedules.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field, preferably in veterinary or retail environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for animal care and understanding of veterinary products is a plus.
