Assistant Marketing Manager

We are the award-winning healthcare and personal care brands with excellent sales performance in major local and cross-border retail channels. We are now looking for suitable candidates to join our expanding business.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for all retail & eCom sales channels
• Create and develop marketing content for online and offline promotions such as TVC, print ad, POSM, social media, video, etc
• Conduct research to gain insight into market trends, positioning, and pricing to empower content engagement
• Liaise with different internal and external parties to implement marketing and promotion campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns 
• Assist in forecasting sales, planning, and controlling budget
• Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned
   

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/ Journalism/ Public Relations or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of marketing experience 
• Solid experience in communications/ content creation/ copywriting/ media/ advertising agency, or relevant fields is preferred.
• Relevant experience in healthcare/ beauty/ consumer products will be an advantage
• Strong marketing sense, good copywriting, and content creation skills 
• Strong command of spoken and written Chinese 
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A team player who can work independently and has a strong sense of responsibility
