Quantitative Developer (C++ Focus)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of real-time, low-latency, high-concurrency quantitative trading system core modules, including market data integration, order management, smart trading algorithms, risk control, and monitoring.
• Ensure ultra-high reliability to support transaction volumes worth billions and achieve microsecond-level performance optimizations.

Requirements

• Above 3 years working experience.
• Proficient in C/C++, familiar with modern C++ features, STL, object-oriented design, and concurrent programming.
• Solid understanding of Linux kernel mechanisms, common data structures and algorithms, computer networks, and computer architecture.
• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, eligible for Hong Kong work visas.
• Strong passion for programming, excellent communication skills, and teamwork capability.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Hold valid work authorization for Hong Kong (including IANG, Talent Pass, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of financial markets, such as order book models and matching logic.
• Experience with system-level development, build systems, and debugging toolchains.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Aliyun.
• Contributions to open-source projects, internships at established tech teams, or substantial programming practice.
